Three Sisters is the easy one to arrange, which is not the same as the easy one to walk. It is 8 km over about four hours, graded moderate, and it climbs into the mountains behind Kleinmond with the coast laid out below you. What makes it unusual is the paperwork, or the absence of it. Every other CapeNature trail in this reserve needs a permit bought in advance. This one does not, because it begins and ends on municipal ground.
You start at the Kleinmond Golf Course, which is also where you park and where you come back to. CapeNature recommends being on the path no later than one in the afternoon, which is worth taking seriously on a four-hour route in a place where the weather comes in off the sea without much warning.
Moderate here means a proper walk rather than a stroll. Closed shoes, water, a wind layer. No ascent figure is published for this route, so treat the four hours as the real measure of what you are taking on.
