One Flow pairs a heated studio teaching yoga, sculpt and Pilates with a Wellzone of sauna, cold plunge and red light therapy. Single drop-ins are sold for either side, and there are fourteen-day travellers passes and an all-access day pass for people in Cape Town for a short stay.
One Flow is a yoga studio and wellness club in The Rockwell on Prestwich Street, on the Green Point side of the city, and it is built around two halves that work together: a heated studio and what it calls the Wellzone.
The studio side runs hot flow, power, vinyasa, sculpt and Pilates classes. The Wellzone is a sauna, a cold plunge sanctuary and a red light therapy slab, used either on its own as a drop-in or as a guided sauna journey that moves you between heat and cold.
What makes it unusual for a visitor is that the pass structure is built for people passing through rather than only for members. Alongside an ordinary single-class drop-in there is a fourteen-day travellers pass giving one studio class a day, a matching fourteen-day pass for the Wellzone, an all-access day pass covering classes and sauna together, and a pass aimed at people working remotely that spreads sessions across a year.
Passes are bought on the studio's own site and classes are then reserved on its schedule.
There is a cafe on site, which is why the all-access day pass is a plausible way to spend a morning rather than an hour.
