PIER serves a multi-course tasting menu built around the ocean, under head chef John Norris-Rogers, at the Pierhead next to the NSRI. It is part of the La Colombe Restaurant Group. A vegetarian version of each menu runs alongside the standard one, and a discretionary service charge is added to the bill.
