A two-code club, tennis and bowls, with a clubhouse, a licensed bar and a restaurant, sitting high enough above Sea Point for the courts to look at the Atlantic. Six hard courts, one of them floodlit so play runs to nine. The restriction is the thing to know and it is not a formality: guests may play only between half past eleven and four in the afternoon, and only if a court is free. You register as a guest through the club booking system, pay, then show the confirmation at the clubhouse bar. Coaching is open to non-members without that time limit. On the bowls side the club says visitors are welcome.
