This is a nine-hole course, not an eighteen. The club prices both nine and eighteen-hole rounds, so a full round means going round the nine twice, and the eighteen-hole layout that appears in some listings is something the club states as a plan rather than as a course you can play today.
Booking is best done by phone. The site carries a Book your Round button, but no public tee sheet sits behind it.

The course
Golf has been played at Malmesbury since 1960, about sixty-five kilometres north of Cape Town in the Swartland wheat country. The club’s own description is short and specific: tree-lined fairways and, in its words, very good bent grass greens.
Playing Malmesbury Golf Club as a visitor
The club publishes a public green fee tariff with no membership gate, alongside a standing course-open notice and a booking prompt. Rates are split by weekday and weekend and by nine or eighteen holes, and golf cart fees sit in the same document.
The club describes itself as popular among locals and Capetonians alike, and runs long-standing open competitions.
What is on site
A halfway house restaurant, and a venue used for conferences and events.
