Three days are out. The club’s own booking form states no Monday, Wednesday or Saturday, and the site refers to dedicated members-only days, so plan around the other four.
Booking is an enquiry rather than an instant tee time, and the estate screens visitors at the gate. Be expected rather than turning up.

The course
Nine holes with alternate tees, added in the mid-1990s, which allow a full eighteen-hole round over the same ground. The club publishes no par.
Playing Helderberg Village as a visitor
This is worth being precise about, because the estate is a private one. The club’s fee card carries a standalone Visitors line, split affiliated and non-affiliated, listed separately from the member’s guest and guests-of-residents lines. Those two require a host; the plain visitor line does not.
The club also publishes temporary three and six-month visitor memberships and a formal non-resident membership application, so it provides for outside players by design rather than by exception.
Group play is taken by special arrangement, from sixteen players up to sixty four. Clubs, push and pull trolleys, golf carts and lockers are all available at published visitor rates.
What is on site
The clubhouse carries a lounge, a billiard room, a ladies bar, patios and recently refurbished changing rooms.
