Thali is the Chefs Warehouse group’s Indian-inspired restaurant on Park Road in Gardens, serving a three-course set menu in the tapas-for-two format. It does not take reservations at all: the kitchen is open to everyone on a first come, first served basis, so arriving early is the plan. The cocktail bar opens at four and the kitchen at five, with last orders at half past nine. The restaurant states it is not currently halaal.
