Galjoen serves a tasting menu built entirely around South African seafood, and the kitchen is explicit about what sustainable means to it: only what is responsibly caught locally. It is on Harrington Street in District Six, with Seebamboes on the mezzanine above it and Belly of the Beast a few doors along. Lunch and dinner are served as separate sittings, and tables are booked ahead.
